Shipping and availability

We ship equipment to US addresses. Installation is sold separately. All Uniview products include free standard shipping to US addresses, including Alaska and Hawaii. In mixed-brand orders, Uniview items ship free and shipping charges apply only to the other brands. Shipping charges for other brands are set by Lennox using the destination ZIP code, product category, and quantity. They are not a pass-through quote for a particular carrier. The complete charge appears before payment. Orders may arrive in separate packages from Lennox or our distributors.

“In stock at supplier” reflects the supplier check date shown in product details. It does not reserve inventory or guarantee quantity. We confirm allocation when processing your order. Where no shipping date is stated, we will ship within 30 days or contact you before that deadline to offer a revised date and the option to cancel for a prompt refund of unshipped items. We will not substitute a different model without your agreement. Transit times and carrier arrival dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking is provided when available. Contact us promptly about missing, damaged, or incorrect deliveries; retain packaging and photos to help resolve the issue. Contact us before returning any shipment to a distributor.

Returns, cancellations, and refunds

Request return authorization within 30 days after delivery for unused equipment in its original packaging with included accessories. Email your order number, model, quantity, and reason. Do not ship a return until Lennox supplies instructions and the correct return address.

You pay return shipping for a change of mind. We arrange return shipping for equipment we supplied incorrectly or that arrives damaged or defective. Contact us about installed, activated, customized, or software/licensed products so we can assess the available return or warranty remedy; unopened-equipment return eligibility does not automatically apply to these items.

You may request cancellation before shipment; we will confirm whether the order has already shipped. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. We process eligible returned-equipment refunds after receipt and inspection; payment-provider posting times vary. For a return due solely to a change of mind, original shipping charges are not refunded. For our error, a defective arrival, or cancellation of unshipped equipment, applicable shipping charges are refunded. These policies do not limit rights or remedies required by law.

Warranty and compatibility

Manufacturer warranty coverage varies by brand, model, purchase conditions, and use. A listing does not extend a manufacturer warranty or promise a particular term unless expressly stated. Contact Lennox with the order number and serial number for help determining coverage and the correct repair or replacement process.

Confirm recorder, reader, credential format, network, power, licensing, and door-hardware compatibility before purchasing. Software, cloud subscriptions, installation, configuration, and professional services are excluded unless expressly included in the purchased offer.

Privacy

Lennox Security Solutions uses your name, email, optional company, shipping/billing details, equipment selections, and order/payment status to manage your account, price and process orders, provide support, and arrange fulfillment. We use limited request and security data, including IP-based rate limits, to protect checkout. Basket contents are saved in your browser so your selections persist.

Stripe processes payment details directly. Lennox does not receive or store your full card number or security code. Supabase processes account sign-in information and securely manages passwords and verification. Hosting and database providers store the information needed to operate the store. We share necessary shipping/contact and product details with distributors and carriers to fulfill orders. We do not sell your personal information or enroll you in marketing merely because you register or buy.

Essential cookies or equivalent session storage support sign-in and checkout. Removing browser data may clear your basket or sign you out. You may shop as a guest. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of account information. We retain order and business records where needed for accounting, disputes, legal obligations, fraud prevention, or warranty support, and assess requests against those needs. Contact us before submitting sensitive information by email.

Purchase terms

The seller is Lennox Security Solutions. Prices are in US dollars. Tax and shipping are shown at checkout. A quote request is not a paid order. A payment confirmation confirms the payment; shipment remains subject to inventory allocation and the shipping policy above. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you with a cancellation/refund or an alternative for your approval.

Customer discounts apply only when shown in the current signed-in checkout total. Quote-only products, licensing, and services require a separate offer. Product photographs may show a family or configuration; labels identify these cases. Credentials and access-control components require the correct configuration. We will contact you about a material listing or pricing error rather than charging an additional amount without your consent.

Do not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized account access, or submit fraudulent orders. Contact Lennox for purchase, delivery, privacy, return, or warranty questions. These terms do not waive consumer protections that apply to your purchase.
